Deliveries are provided free of charge throughout Italy for orders over EUR 99.01. For orders below this amount, shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the products ordered.

The availability of the product may be limited and uncertain at certain times of the year due to the conditions of the production campaign. During some months, there may be a reduced quantity of the product due to factors related to agricultural production. Its availability may vary depending on weather conditions, market demand and other factors affecting production. Therefore, it is advisable to regularly check the availability of the product before making a purchase.

The price includes VAT!

Deliveries are made by courier service within a period of 3-5 working days from the date of the order.

Refusing to take delivery of the package is not the same as exercising the right of withdrawal.

We are not directly responsible for any problems or delays in delivery, which can only be attributed to the express courier.

We suggest that you carefully check your personal data, VAT number and tax code when ordering. This precaution is necessary as we cannot be held liable for any errors.

In compliance with Art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and in order to protect the consumer, the customer has the right to cancel the contract and return the purchased products according to the following conditions:

The return must be made within 7 working days from the arrival of the goods; The returned products must not be foodstuffs with an expiry date.

Our company will provide a full refund for returned products provided that they are unused, undamaged and accompanied by the purchase tax document.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by notice sent to: info@pastabarisano.com or by sending a registered letter to: Verdone Anna Lisa, Vico III Vittorio Emanuele 1, Stigliano (MT) – Italy.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 30 days after the return of the products. It will be up to the Customer to bear the shipping costs for the return of the products. If the package is refused or not collected, all transport and storage costs shall be borne by the Customer.

In accordance with Italian law, Pasta Barisano takes responsibility for any defects and non-conformities of the products available on our website. This right can be exercised by the Consumer, understood as a natural person acting for non-professional or entrepreneurial purposes, on condition that the following conditions are met: the product must not have an expiry date; the defect must manifest itself within 24 months from the date of delivery of the products; the Client must make a formal complaint regarding the defects within a maximum of 2 months from the date on which the defect was detected; the communication must be made by e-mail. If a lack of conformity is established, we undertake to restore the conformity of the products at our own expense, either by replacement, or to make a partial refund of the amount paid, or to terminate the contract and refund the full price paid. All return costs for defective products will be covered by us.
